One-to-one coaching works because it is personal. A coach sees your decisions, names the problem, and gives you something specific to change.
But one hour helps one player. I kept coming back to that limit.
A class gives the same insight a bigger room
Live classes let a coach teach one idea to a group, demonstrate it, and answer the questions that come up in the moment. Players still get a real person in the room. The coach is no longer trading the entire hour for one booking.
That changed how I thought about FPS Lounge. The membership should not feel like a folder of videos. It should give people a reason to train this week.
The recording matters as much as the room
A useful class should not disappear when the call ends. Completed sessions become replays for Pro members, which means someone who missed the class can still learn from it and an attendee can return to the exact section they need.
The loop is simple: join live, study the replay, try it in ranked, then come back with a better question.
What this does for coaches
Coaches get paid to teach the class. They also leave with a piece of work that can support clips, their FPS Lounge storefront, and future training. We handle the class page, registration, replay, and distribution so the coach can focus on teaching.
It is not magic passive income. Good classes still need a sharp topic, real preparation, and a coach who can explain what they see. The platform's job is to make that work travel farther.
