Cancellation & refund policy

Pro membership

Cancel anytime from your account — you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again. We don't pro-rate or refund time already elapsed.

New to Pro? You can request a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days of your first charge if you've watched under ~30 minutes of content and haven't completed a course or live-class VOD. Beyond that, the membership has delivered its value and isn't refundable — but you can still cancel future billing anytime.

Courses & guides

Courses are produced content delivered instantly, and are non-refundable once you begin watching. Accidental or duplicate purchases reported within 48 hours, while still unwatched, are refunded as FPS Lounge credit.

Coaching sessions

Need to reschedule or cancel? Contact your coach. Coaches must give 24 hours' notice except for documented emergencies. Eligible cancellations — including sessions cancelled by your coach — are refunded as FPS Lounge credit, redeemable on any coach or session. This keeps your coach's reserved time fairly valued while making sure you're never out the money.

How refunds are issued

Pro refunds go back to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days). Coaching and course refunds are issued as FPS Lounge credit — instant, and redeemable across the platform. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse — for example, repeatedly subscribing, consuming content, and then requesting a refund.

Cookie policy

We use the minimum cookie set required for auth and analytics:

  • fpsl_session — HTTP-only auth cookie minted after sign-in. Required.
  • Analytics: Mixpanel + Sentry first-party cookies for usage measurement and error monitoring.

Manage browser cookie preferences directly in your browser settings. Removing the session cookie signs you out.
