Account Executive, Schools

Source and close college and high school programs on our published price ladder, and own their first year.

$60k–$120k OTE + 0.1%–0.25% equity

Why this role exists

Every school we sign came from a conversation. We have more programs to call than people to call them. You take a territory, work it from first email to signed order, and keep the account through its first renewal.

What done looks like in 90 days

  1. You have 40 qualified programs in the pipeline with a next step on each.
  2. You have run 15 discovery calls and sent 5 proposals built with the coverage calculator.
  3. You have closed one pilot or license on your own.

What you'll do

  • Prospect athletic directors, esports directors and coordinators in your territory.
  • Run discovery, price coverage with the calculator, and send proposals from the order form.
  • Hand each signed school to onboarding and stay its account owner through renewal.
  • Keep the CRM true: owner, stage, next step, follow-up date.
  • Bring in the coaches you meet along the way; a school in a new title needs a bench before it signs.

Who you'll work with

You work with the Head of Collegiate Partnerships on territory and offers, the BD associates on leads, and coach operations once a school is live.

What we look for

Must have
  • You have sold to institutions or run a pipeline you can show.
  • You quote from a fixed price ladder and bring exceptions to the founder.
  • You write short, clear email and can run a 30-minute discovery call.
Nice to have
  • You played or ran a college esports program.
  • English plus Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus; we are moving into Latin America next.

Part of every job here

  • Recruit coaches. Everyone who meets a great coach brings them in.
  • Talk to customers. Players, coaches and coordinators are one message away, and we read what they say.
  • Write it down. A decision that is not in a doc did not happen.
  • Play, or watch. You do not have to be good, you have to care how people get good.

How we judge fit

  • Evidence over credentials. Show us the number you moved, the thing you shipped or the account you kept. We do not ask for a degree.
  • Owners, not renters. You take the whole problem, including the boring part.
  • Direct and kind. Say the hard thing early, in writing, without the drama.
  • Small team, many hats. You will do work outside your title and like it.

Compensation

  • Hardware and software budget for the work.
  • Free Pro membership and coaching on the platform.
