Why this role exists

We record classes and coaching content every week, and much of it never reaches the players who would benefit. This role produces from that material, distributes it and measures what works.

What you'll do

  • Edit recorded classes and sessions into short clips and longer videos.
  • Repurpose each piece for YouTube, short-form platforms and Discord.
  • Write titles and descriptions, and design thumbnails.
  • Publish on an agreed schedule and prepare share kits coaches can post.
  • Report views, follows, site visits and sign-ups for each piece you produce.

What we look for

Essential
  • You have edited and published gaming or education content and can show the results.
  • You edit in Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar, and make your own thumbnails.
  • You can find the useful moment in a long recording and title it accurately.
Helpful experience
  • Running or growing a channel, or streaming.
  • Using analytics to decide what to make next.
  • Coordinating freelance editors.

What good looks like

  1. Agreed deliverables arrive on schedule.
  2. Every piece has a report with its numbers.
  3. Coaches receive clips they can post without editing.
  4. Formats that perform are repeated, and formats that don’t are dropped.
