Why this role exists

The founder runs sales calls, coach relationships, school programs and the product at the same time. This role keeps that schedule, prepares each meeting and closes the loop afterward, so his hours go to the work only he can do.

What you'll do

  • Manage the founder's calendar, inbox and priorities across time zones.
  • Prepare each meeting: agenda, background notes and the documents needed.
  • Track follow-ups and commitments from every meeting until they are done.
  • Coordinate with coaches, school partners, vendors and the team on the founder's behalf.
  • Handle travel, events and in-person logistics in Los Angeles.
  • Keep shared documents, contacts and recurring tasks organized so others can pick them up.

What we look for

Essential
  • You have supported an executive or founder and can describe how you ran their week.
  • You live in or near Los Angeles and can work in person.
  • You write short, accurate emails and keep confidential information private.
Helpful experience
  • Startup or creator-business experience.
  • Google Workspace, Notion or a CRM.
  • Familiarity with gaming or esports.

What good looks like

  1. The founder starts each day with a clear calendar and prepared meetings.
  2. Emails that need him are answered or routed within one working day.
  3. Every meeting ends with owners and dates, and follow-ups are closed.
  4. Recurring admin runs without him.

We are a small team, mostly remote. You work directly with the founder, take responsibility for defined outcomes, and use evidence to improve the product and the customer experience.

FPS Lounge is an equal opportunity company. We hire on what you can do, not where you are from, how you look, who you love or what you believe.
