Why this role exists

Schools buy coaching and training for their esports programs, and today the founder runs most of those sales conversations. This role carries that sales work directly so more programs can be served.

What you'll do

  • Run discovery calls with esports directors, coordinators and athletic departments.
  • Build proposals from our published pricing and bring exceptions to the founder.
  • Close agreements and handle the paperwork schools need, such as purchase orders and vendor forms.
  • Hand each signed school to onboarding and stay its account owner through renewal.
  • Keep the pipeline accurate in the CRM and report it weekly.

What we look for

Essential
  • You have personally sold to schools, colleges or other institutions and can describe deals you closed.
  • You manage your own pipeline and follow up without reminders.
  • You write clear, short emails and proposals.
Helpful experience
  • College or high school esports or athletics programs.
  • Institutional purchasing: purchase orders, vendor registration and budget cycles.
  • Familiarity with competitive games.

What good looks like

  1. Every active opportunity has an owner, a stage and a next step.
  2. Proposals go out promptly after discovery and follow our pricing.
  3. Closed deals reach onboarding with complete notes.
  4. Renewals are prepared before the term ends.

Compensation

Proposed range · yearly base salary

Plus a written commission plan.

Proposed ranges are planning ranges, not offers. Final terms are confirmed in writing. Equity is a one-time total initial grant, subject to vesting and formal board approval. It is not annual compensation or a guarantee of future ownership.
