Why this role exists

We record every class and our tools already cut the first draft of each lesson. Nobody owns the finish and the distribution. The person who does will control our biggest source of new players.

What done looks like in 90 days

  1. Every class is published as lessons within a day, with a share kit in the coach's hands.
  2. The FPS Lounge YouTube and short-form channels post on a schedule you set.
  3. You can show which clips produced site visits and bookings.

What you'll do

  • Own the lesson pipeline after the first cut: edit, caption, thumbnail, publish.
  • Build the weekly distribution kit for coaches and Elite Coaches.
  • Run our YouTube and short-form channels as an educational series.
  • Hire and direct editors as volume grows.
  • Report what each piece did: views, follows, visits, bookings.

Who you'll work with

You report to Derek and work daily with the coaches whose classes you cut and with the growth engineer on what the clips link to.

What we look for

Must have
  • You have edited short-form for a gaming audience and can show the numbers.
  • You cut in Premiere, DaVinci or CapCut and design your own thumbnails.
  • You can find a hook in a 90-minute recording and write a title that is specific without clickbait.
Nice to have
  • You have streamed or run a creator's channel.
  • You have managed freelance editors.

FPS Lounge is where competitive gamers train. Players book vetted coaches, join live classes, and study match reviews. Colleges and high schools license the platform for their esports programs. We are a small, founder-led, remote team.
