Why this role exists

Players, coaches and school coordinators all need a person who answers quickly and follows through. This role handles support and program check-ins so nobody waits on the founder.

What you'll do

  • Answer players, coaches and school coordinators by email and Discord.
  • Onboard new school programs: rosters, coordinator setup and first sessions.
  • Check in with programs and members who go quiet, and flag accounts at risk.
  • Resolve booking and scheduling issues within set guidelines, and escalate the rest with a recommendation.
  • Summarize what people ask for each week so the product can improve.

What we look for

Essential
  • You have done customer support, community or program coordination and can describe how you handled a hard case.
  • You write kind, short, accurate replies.
  • You are comfortable working in Discord.
Helpful experience
  • Schools, esports programs or youth programs.
  • Help desk or CRM tools.
  • Moderating a gaming community.

What good looks like

  1. Messages get a reply within one working day.
  2. New programs finish onboarding with their first sessions booked.
  3. Quiet accounts hear from us before they cancel.
  4. A weekly summary of requests reaches the founder.

Compensation

$24–$32
