School Success Manager

Onboard every licensed school, keep its coordinator active, and make the renewal a formality.

$55k–$75k base + 0.1%–0.25% equity

Why this role exists

A school that uses its seats and its hours renews. One that does not goes quiet in month four. Today nobody owns the stretch between the signature and the renewal date.

What done looks like in 90 days

  1. Every licensed school has a 30, 60 and 90-day check-in on the calendar with notes in the CRM.
  2. Seat activation at every school is above 70% or you can say why.
  3. Each coordinator has used the AD report at least once.

What you'll do

  • Run onboarding: coordinator handoff, roster import, first class and first coaching session booked.
  • Watch activation, hours used and classes attended, and act on the quiet schools first.
  • Prepare the renewal conversation 60 days out with the account owner.

Who you'll work with

You work with the account executives, coach operations and the coordinators themselves.

What we look for

Must have
  • You have run onboarding or customer success for an education or SaaS product.
  • You write a clear check-in email and keep a tidy CRM.
Nice to have
  • English plus Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus; we are moving into Latin America next.
  • You have worked inside a college athletics or esports department.

Part of every job here

  • Recruit coaches. Everyone who meets a great coach brings them in.
  • Talk to customers. Players, coaches and coordinators are one message away, and we read what they say.
  • Write it down. A decision that is not in a doc did not happen.
  • Play, or watch. You do not have to be good, you have to care how people get good.

How we judge fit

  • Evidence over credentials. Show us the number you moved, the thing you shipped or the account you kept. We do not ask for a degree.
  • Owners, not renters. You take the whole problem, including the boring part.
  • Direct and kind. Say the hard thing early, in writing, without the drama.
  • Small team, many hats. You will do work outside your title and like it.

Compensation

Base salary, yearly

  • Free Pro membership and coaching on the platform.
