It would be difficult to find anyone else with my breadth and depth of esports training experience. I've been playing, coaching, and serving as a Team/Player developer for the past 20 years. I've worked with teams and individuals from a wide range of pro organizations such as Fnatic, EG, Mouz, SK, LGD, Duskbin, Mineski, etc. I left the industry to pursue a PhD where my dissertation focused on Dynamic Difficulty Adjustment systems for esports training. I now serve as Director of Esports and Professor at the University of Nebraska where all I do is teach, coach, and research esports. I excel at identifying fundamental sites of improvement in players and tailoring training systems to optimize individual or team performance. Seek me out if you're interested in esports career trajectory help (resume, contracts, recruitment), technical skills development across most modern titles (aim, movement, mechanics), or VoD reviewing the following titles (Deadlock, Marvel Rivals, The Finals, Overwatch 2).
